Listen, inspire, create. It’s these three qualities that help me to bring a couple’s vision to life. As a conversationalist (I do love a good chin wag!) I feel it’s important is get to know my couples so that I’m able to build the day that they have envisaged. I’m here to be your planner, your friend, a person you can trust and rely on. Your wedding day is as important to me as it is to you. To me every wedding is unique because every couple I unique, and it’s my job to bring this to life down to the finest detail.
MY FAVOURITE THINGS
Music • Adventure • Socialising
I need coffee (hazelnut lattes are life!) and music to start my mornings, I seek adventure to nourish my soul and inspire my mind. I’m a passionate, ambitious, down to earth perfectionist who loves to socialise. I’m a lover of lists, dogs and details.
My star sign is a Leo and some would say that says it all! My downtime consists of sessions in the gym or 1-2-1’s with my boss babe PT Meg Fynn at Move By Meg, and burying my head in a good book or listening to a podcast on a long walk.
I think a smile is the most beautiful thing you can wear (especially teamed with a Charlotte Tilbury lipstick), it’s the universal language of kindness and it’s the shortest distance between two people.
I’ve always believed happiness is the ultimate the key to life and I love that happiness means something different to every individual.
MY STORY | So far...
In 2016 I packed a bag and off I went to New York for the opportunity of a lifetime. Here is where I became a certified weddings planner with the fabulous company that is The Bridal Society. Laurie Hartwell is not only the founder & CEO, she has over two decades of experience planning weddings. She has earned many awards over the years planning weddings for celebrities and other elite clientele.
Laurie was my teacher, my guide and to this day an incredible inspiration. It was certainly one of the best decisions I’ve made, as I’m a part of a community of over 5,000 wedding planners with a wealth of wedding industry knowledge who are there to ask advice if I should ever need it.
Whilst running the wedding team at Askham Hall, a luxury Michelin starred venue in the Lake District, I have been lucky enough to meet and work with some of the industries most talented suppliers, many of which I now call friends. Creating these relationships has made inspired me and made what I do even more enjoyable.
WHAT'S IMPORTANT TO ME
Connection
Having a connection with my couples is very important to me and should be as important to you too. The wedding planning process will consist of several months where I will be your friend and guide who is there for continuous support and assurance.
The consultation is where I will learn about you both as individuals and as a couple, and it’s just as much of an opportunity for you to get to know me too. This is what helps me to create a bespoke experience that is unique reflection of who you both are.

I’m here to manage the big things, sweat the small stuff, be your confidante and take care of the finishing touches. I make sure the wedding planning process fits in with your current lifestyle and keeps a happy balance.
